Currently HomePhase1 only registers hazards in the state of Texas, but we are developing the app further to eventually work for all 50 states. 

When you create an account, you can save your searches to easily refer back to later and eventually we will notify you if there are any updates to the hazards surrounding the searches you have saved. 

Nope! HomePhase1 is free to use! But we do offer a hazard summary document with more in-depth information on hazards that we offer for a fee. Reach out to us for more information.
